A square pendant in 18k gold with an open circle at its heart, lined inside with blue sapphires. Four diamonds are set on each face, eight in all.

The sides carry the engraving Na · Nach · Nachma · Nachman, and the Hebrew letter Hei (ה) is engraved inside the circle. If you prefer it plain, choose "Without engraving" when you order.
